Making Decisions
We make decisions all the time. But when it comes to making big decisions, decisions about future and life, it can be difficult to know what is right. Many people stumble when it comes to making decisions that will impact their life more deeply. These decisions include staying in your job or seeking a new one. Finding a new career. What to do in a difficult relationship. How to communicate well with others. Yet, it is very important to make the right decisions when it comes to your future.
The time to make an important decision often is when you feel stuck where you currently are. Maybe you are overly stressed or bored or feeling unchallenged. You want a change. You feel the need to change. But how do you know what to do next? What is best for your life and your future? This becomes even more complicated when others in your life (i. e. those closest to you) try to involve themselves in the decision making process. People are so willing to give you their input and advice.
When you are involved in a coaching relationship there are helpful and important questions that are asked to help you discern what the right decision for you is. Clarifying your priorities and needs are very helpful. Understanding what the changes will mean for you, helps you to discern more clearly the right choice. Gaining confidence in your decision making process will assist you now and in the future. When you make the right decisions you will experience excitement and joy to live the life God has given to you.
